In 2008 I simultaneously enrolled in a Jazz degree in London, and opened a recording studio on the Isle Of Wight. a year later, I realised that I had to make a choice between ii-V-I's and 414's (if you understand that, we should hang out), and so decided to dedicate my efforts to production and engineering. 
Since (and indeed, before) then I've worked on countless records and gradually improved my skills and studio facilities to a point where I am now working with excellent bands and delivering results that I'm really happy with (of course, the quest for knowledge never stops.. The more I learn, the more I realise I need to learn).

There are very few styles, or studio situations that I haven't worked in. However, I specialise in production and engineering (record & mix) with 'live' bands & singer-songwriters. I am a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and songwriter myself, so have an ideal understanding of how to work in that environment. I am right at home with anything in the realms of indie, punk, jazz, pop, blues, soul, classical, rock etc.
